Terms of service
These terms govern use of AllInGuide by host accounts. They do not replace any specific written commercial terms agreed separately.
Service
AllInGuide lets hosts create and publish digital guest guides, manage content and use supporting features such as analytics and AI assistance.
Accounts and security
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and use the service lawfully. Accounts must not be shared to bypass plan limits, quotas or access controls.
Plan and billing
Guide preparation may be free; publishing properties requires the plan shown in the product. Stripe handles payments, invoices and subscription cancellation. Before deleting an account, AllInGuide attempts to cancel any active subscription.
Responsibility for content
Hosts are responsible for content published in their guides, including access information, Wi-Fi, images, directions and recommendations. Do not upload unlawful content or third-party data without an appropriate basis.
AI and external data
AI features and Google Places can return inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information. Hosts must review content before publishing it, especially operational instructions, prices, opening hours, emergencies and safety information.
Availability and changes
The service may be affected by maintenance, updates or outages. Features may change for security, reliability or product evolution while seeking to minimize unnecessary disruption.
Suspension and closure
Accounts may be suspended for abuse, security violations or non-payment. Users can permanently delete their account from the Account area; linked data is removed subject to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
